Role Overview The Web3 Startup Investment Analyst evaluates early-stage blockchain projects and supports internal investment screening. The role focuses on reviewing project documentation, assessing token models, and tracking ecosystem developments across Web3 startups. The analyst produces structured summaries used for project evaluation and internal decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Review early-stage blockchain startups and Web3 projects - Analyze project documentation, whitepapers, and product positioning - Evaluate token models, supply structures, and ecosystem design - Monitor new startup launches across Web3 sectors - Track funding announcements and venture activity in the Web3 space - Prepare internal investment summaries for projects under review - Maintain internal tracking of startups and incubation candidates Candidate Profile - 2–4 years experience working with blockchain or Web3 ecosystems - Familiarity with startup environments and early-stage projects - Understanding of token models and blockchain platform architecture - Ability to evaluate project documentation and summarize findings - Experience using Web3 research tools or blockchain analytics platforms - Intermediate English communication skills Compensation **Base Salary** **$120,000 – $150,000 per year** **Token Allocation** **Not applicable** **Legacy** - **Performance-based bonus**
